• Analysis of Target accounts that will be most beneficial to the brand.

• Target/Re-target 30 to 40 premium accounts in each market.  

• Accounts will be broken down in three tiers: New, Current, and Maintenance.

• Conduct account trainings educating On/Off-premise staff on your brand 

• Execute activations at accounts to increase orders and depletions. (Any additional fees/costs not included)

• Execute incentive programs at targeted accounts to increase depletions. (Brand and Distributor approval required)

• Serve as the local market authority on brand education.
